Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship to all 50 states, plus APO/FPO military addresses and US territories. Delivery times for Alaska, Hawaii, and territories may be extended by 2-4 business days.

4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-21 business days.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• BUZD is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
• If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
• For packages marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BUZD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an error is discovered, contact us immediately — we may be able to update the address before the order ships.
