We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to the consumable nature of our chewing gum products, opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@buzd.shop with photos of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.
We offer exchanges for unopened products. Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different flavor or product. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders may have already been processed and shipped. Contact us immediately at support@buzd.shop if you need to cancel.
