Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to the consumable nature of our chewing gum products, opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at support@buzd.shop with your order number and reason for return
  • We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  • Ship the unopened product(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s)
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, a restocking fee may apply

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@buzd.shop with photos of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened chewing gum packages (hygiene and food safety restrictions)
  • Products purchased on sale/clearance (final sale)
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Products returned after the 30-day window

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for unopened products. Contact us to arrange an exchange for a different flavor or product. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders may have already been processed and shipped. Contact us immediately at support@buzd.shop if you need to cancel.
